Cavallaro, Dani. Cyberpunk and Cyberculture: Science Fiction and the Work of William Gibson. London: Athlone Press, 2000.

Cavallaro maintains that cyberpunk is not dead but perpetually supplementing itself. DC here provides an overview of cyberpunk writing of the 1990's.
