DOCTOR WHO Episodes: BBC Television 1963-1989 (the "Doctor" in the title sometimes gets shortened, according to national practice, to "Dr." or "Dr").

Note TARDIS: a space/time machine the size of a London Metropolitan Police call-box ca. 1960 outside (since it duplicates a police call-box ca. 1960) but much larger and quite high-tech inside.

In a column in SFRA Review #303 (Winter 2013): pp. 22-23, Justin Felix reviews Doctor Who: Cobwebs and notes that "The story doesn’t take long to throw in a number of familiar Doctor Who elements: mechanical spiders, paranoid computers, mad scientists, and a time paradox. ".[1] Users of this Wiki may find the mechanical spiders and paranoid computers of interest (cf. and contrast the Tarantula war machine in WILD WILD WEST (film 1999) and the group computers that would be seen by humans as at least "troubled," two major film examples: Colossus from COLOSSUS: THE FORBIN PROJECT and HAL 9000 in 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY).
