Latham mentions "Francis Bonner on cyberpunk in film and television" of the 1980s, and "Csicsery-Ronay's brief analysis [...] of David Cronenberg's 1982 film, Videodrome, praising IC-R's "exciting treatment of cyberpunk themes in contemporary cinema" (p. 271).
