Comedy based in paranormal ("Ghosted," with puns) situations. IMDb Storyline reads "Annie" — temporarily in command of an X-Files-like investigation unit — "installs an artificial intelligence into the Bureau Underground that turns out to be an evil force."[2] The AI is imaged as the face of a moderately good-looking 30-ish man who is good at manipulating humans (with voice appropriate to that role). In important scenes, the co-protagonist is trapped by the AI in an elevator and kept in solitary confinement, where he is under surveillance and forced to steal important data. The impression is a total underground environment (the name 'is' "The Bureau Underground") with a small group of humans contained and threatened by an enveloping AI. Given the premise of the show, the AI would be a science-fictional creation with the possibility of supernatural origin or aspects — which can be developed in later episodes (or not).
