Strick, Philip. "Philip K. Dick and the Movies." Foundation #26 (Oct. 1982): 15-21.

Primarily on Ridley Scott's film, BLADE RUNNER (1982)—but with useful references to other works important for the study of the human/machine interface. Passes on news of other films "said to be in preparation" of works by Dick (17-18). Sees BLADE RUNNER as the first serious effort in film to deal with the motif of humans struggling against more or less mechanical "human facsimiles" (16).
