Bryusov, Valery Yakovlevich (also Valeriĭ Bryusov and other transliterations).[1][2] "Rebellion of the Machines." 1908. Also: "Mutiny of the Machines," 1915.

In his discussion of Russian late Imperial and early Soviet SF, John J. Pierce mentions these as "two related uncompleted stories," warning of "overdependence on technology" comparable to such works as E. M. Forster's "The Machine Stops."
