STAR WARS: EPISODE 3—THE REVENGE OF THE SITH. George Lucas, dir., script, exec. prod. USA: Lucasfilm (prod.) / Twentieth Century Fox (dist.), 2005.

Relevant for a number of 'droids, ranging from the complexly dangerous AI robot Gen. Grievous to sentimentalized medical workers; but most of the droids are dangerous, and many insectoid. Note also the cyborgization of Anekin Skywalker to yield Darth Vader and the images of cities of the future. In a galactic civilization that isn't much into wheels—although they are there—Grievous's Big-Wheel escape vehicle is impressive, esp. when juxtaposed to the giant (gekko-ish? Gila monster-like?) lizard ridden by Obi-Wan Kenobi. See citations for Episodes 1-2.
