Rev. of two installations at the Henry Gallery, U of Washington, Seattle. Mary Lucier's video installation plays on 19th-c. Romantic landscape traditions and the ambivalence born of the video camera's presence in the wilderness it records. Patrick Zentz's technological constructions transmit and simulate the outside environment inside the gallery—wind speed and direction, sounds, etc.
