Star Trek: Voyager, "Someone to Watch Over Me." Production #216, season 5, episode 21 (28 April 1999). (By Memory Alpha fandom count, episode 22.)[1][2]

The Wikipedia entry sums up much of the relevance for this wiki: "In this episode, the ship's holographic Doctor makes a bet with Ensign Tom Paris that he can teach ex-Borg, Seven of Nine about romance. The episode has many similarities to the George Bernard Shaw 's 1913 play Pygmalion, which inspired both the 1964 musical My Fair Lady and the 1999 film She's All That." Add here from Anna Kaplan's summary that "The Doctor soon finds that he is developing feelings for Seven" (Cinefantastique 32.11 [April 2000]: 53),[3] in the tradition of My Fair Lady if not Pygmalion.

Cf. and contrast HEARTBEEPS, "where two advanced humanoid robots [...] meet and fall in love" (quoting our annotation).

Note that "Someone to Watch Over Me" is a 1926 song by George and Ira Gershwin, with Howard Dietz supplying the title: "More than 1,800 recordings of the song have been released, almost all of them in the slow ballad style" (Wikipedia).[4]
