The Ark (TV series 2023)

The Ark. Dean Devlin and Jonathan Glassner, creators, showrunners, with Devlin directing premiere episode. USA (but shot in Serbia): Electric Entertainment, Balkanic Media, PFI Studios (production) / Syfy (original network). So far one season, 12 epidodes, 1 Feb.-19 April 2023.[1] Not to be confused with "The Ark," Stargate: Atlantis episode.[2]

Premise (as published in Wikipedia, as of May 2023): "A hundred years in the future, a spacecraft known as Ark One is shuttling a complement of would-be colonists away from a devastated Earth to a new home, Proxima b. The ship suffers a catastrophic event that kills almost all of the technical crew and all of the ship's senior officers. The survivors must work to reorganize themselves to maintain the ship and stay on course to reach their destination."[3]

Note visuals of people in danger inside a large ship, strongly contrasting with, e.g., MAROONED and with parallels and strong contrasts to works such as Williamson's Manseed and the works cross-listed there.
