A study of some 225 works of fiction from 1930 to 1977. Includes a very useful biblio. of nonfiction works. Rpts. with some variations PSW, "Images of the Man-Machine Intelligence Relationship," q.v. in this Category; "A Science Fiction Aesthetic," Pacific Quarterly 4.3 (July 1979); and two essays on P. K.
